Longevity

EverWell Yoga Collective's signature practice, Longevity, is a comprehensive movement and lifestyle based on the 4 Pillars of Alzheimer's Prevention as outlined by the Alzheimer's Research and Prevention Foundation. We offer this 75-minute class in 3 formats: Longevity, Gentle Longevity with modifications and chair options, and Longevity Flow, a stronger practice with more dynamic movement. Each practice ends with Kirtan Kriya, a 12-minute mantra meditation shown to increase cerebral blood flow, reduce stress, and improve memory. All Longevity classes are led by a Certified Brain Longevity Specialist.
